Licence

The register lists Gareton B.V. (company no. 160656) under licence OGL/2024/165/0185, type B2C, with status “Indefinite” (register updated 20 October 2026). The licence is Curaçao only. BitStarz does not hold a UK, Maltese or other EU licence, and its own terms bar players in the UK, the Netherlands, Spain and France, among others.

BitStarz says it aims to pay withdrawals within 1 hour and gives an average of 10 minutes. Bank transfers take 3 to 10 banking days. It states no withdrawal fee. Withdrawals go back to the deposit method, and deposits must be played through once first. Extra verification can be requested at withdrawal; crypto players are not asked for documents as standard.
