This review is based on Videoslots’s published terms and welcome-bonus page (published terms read 27 October 2026, US IP). It is not based on our own play, so payout times are the operator’s statements, not our measurements. Content 18+.
Licence
Videoslots Limited (C49090, Malta) says it is licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority under MGA/CRP/258/2014 and by the UK Gambling Commission under account 39380; the UKGC register shows 039380-R-319311-036, Remote Casino, Active. UK facilities rely on the UKGC licence only. Which licence applies to you depends on your country.
The Malta Gaming Authority referred 1,886 player complaints to alternative dispute resolution in 2025, against 1,608 in 2024 (Malta Gaming Authority Annual Report 2025, Malta Gaming Authority). Our check of regulator warning lists found no warning about Videoslots; Italy, Poland and Switzerland list its domains on their national blocklists.
Terms & wagering
The welcome page prints two term sets. MGA licence: a 100% match on the first deposit, minimum €10, bonus up to €200, 35x the initial deposit within 60 days, paid in 10% tranches (the first after 3.5x the deposit is wagered). GB licence: minimum £10, bonus up to £50, 10x the initial deposit, also within 60 days and in 10% tranches. The page does not say which set a visitor gets.
Common rules: activate within 30 days of the deposit; the maximum bet is 50% of the bonus or €20, whichever is lower, or the bonus is forfeited; progressive jackpot games do not count; roulette, blackjack and video poker count 10%. Withdrawing early stops further tranches. 11 welcome spins are wager-free, need a deposit of €10 within 24 hours of registering and must be activated within 7 days. The page lists no excluded countries.
Payouts
Videoslots says it processes withdrawals within 48 hours once documents are received, without a guarantee. The minimum withdrawal is €20. Fees to read: 1.95% on Euteller deposits, up to 3.95% on deposits withdrawn without being wagered, and a charge when you make more than one withdrawal in 7 days. A jackpot win of €50,000 or more can mean a wait of up to 30 working days. Extra checks may follow once your transactions pass €2,000.
Withdrawals drive complaints: the UK Gambling Commission says issues relating to withdrawals cause most of the complaints it receives (Annual Report and Accounts 2024-25, Gambling Commission). Verify early.
Support & safety
Support offers live chat, a contact form and phone; opening hours are not stated on the pages we read. Tools: wager, deposit, loss, max-bet and time-out limits, a reality check, account lock and self-exclusion from 6 months to 5 years. Limit increases take 7 days; decreases are immediate.
Verdict
Videoslots holds two regulator licences and offers a broad set of safer-gambling tools. The caveats are two different welcome-offer term sets, tranche payouts, fee clauses and a long restricted-country list. Check the licence that applies to you before depositing, and gamble responsibly.
